Talks on Buddhism and Meditation
Make a monthly or one-off donationAutism and the Triratna Buddhist Community
In this interview Prajnanandi, who is autistic, explains what autism is, and tells Ratnaguna how it is to be on the autism spectrum within the Triratna Buddhist Community, as well as how we can make it easier for people on the autism spectrum to thrive in our Sangha.
The video appears on the Triratna Buddhist Community’s YouTube channel – although the conversation didn’t take place face to face at our Centre, Ratnaguna is a long term member of our Sangha and the issues that Prajnanandi addresses will be of interest here.
A second conversation focuses on sensory processing, meltdown, and shutdown responses.
