Introductory talk from Taravandana

Around 45 minutes. Taravandana begins by saluting the shrine in call and response, in Sanskrit – homage to the Three Jewels of Buddhism

Taravandana’s talk on love in the spiritual life is followed by led meditations on loving kindness, compassion, joy and equanimity to help us develop these qualities.

The talk and meditations formed an intensive day retreat on the Four Brahma Viharas, the four beautiful and transformative dimension of metta – ways to make the Great Love a reality for us.
