Buddha Day Festival 2020
Sun 10th May, 2020 : 12:30 pm - 5:30 pm
Silabodhi, Acharashraddha and Vishangka lead our most important festival of the year – a celebration of the Buddha’s enlightenment. No need to book, just turn up a few minutes before we start.
There will be daily Pujas at 6 – 7 pm in the week leading up to the festival, starting on Monday 4th May. Come to all, any or none.No charge, but as an unfunded charity, we rely on the generosity of people who use and value the Centre to help cover running costs, over £6,000 a week. We will welcome donations on the day and beyond.
Who is the event for?Suitable for anyone with experience of our two meditation practices, Mindfulness of Breathing and Metta Bhavana, and open to Buddhist ritual.
