Nishpara leads a spacious meditation session as midwinter approaches. Expect stillness, metta, ritual and chanting.

Who is the Meditation Practice Day for?

It’s open to Order Members, Mitras and friends who have at least six months experience of regular meditation practice as taught in the Buddhist context of the Triratna Community. Please get in touch if you’re not sure – you can learn our two main meditation practices at our meditation and Buddhism foundation courses.
