Going Deeper in Meditation, Online with Amaradaya

An opportunity to come together and practice, with a focus on deepening meditation. Each week, as a Sangha or community, we’ll be exploring different aspects and approaches to our meditation practice with input, a led meditation and small group discussions too.
Tonight, Amaradaya will lead a session that encourages us to BE where we are, allowing the mind to rest in its natural luminosity; a mind that isn’t seeking anything, an experience that doesn’t require anything additional, and how to express a heart that is naturally overflowing.
Who is the event for?
It’s suitable for anyone familiar with the two meditation practices we teach here – Mindfulness of Breathing and Metta Bhavana – and with at least six months regular meditation practice.
Each evening will vary, but you can expect periods of meditation with short talks and discussion – sometimes in small groups – and a ten-minute break around the mid-point.
