Going Deeper in Meditation Online with Amaradaya

In tonight’s session, Amaradaya will explore how to go deeper with our meditation practice by beginning to notice some of the ways we create ourselves moment by moment, and to question our assumptions about our sense of continuity.These sessions are an opportunity to come together and practise, with a focus on deepening meditation. Each week, as a community, we explore different aspects and approaches to our meditation practice. The evenings vary, but you can expect periods of meditation with short talks and discussion - sometimes in small groups - and a ten-minute break around the mid-point.
Who is the event for?
It’s suitable for anyone familiar with the two meditation practices we teach here – Mindfulness of Breathing and Metta Bhavana – and with at least six months regular meditation practice.
