Going Deeper in Meditation Online with Silabodhi

From his Rose Apple Tree experience, the Buddha reflected on the deep inner peace and contentment available to him from within. He taught that this happiness was a necessary part of the path to Enlightenment. Can we find this opening in our meditation, and can we learn to bring attention to this aspect as a gateway to deep absorption from which compassion and wisdom can arise?
On 5th and 12th July we will look at different ways to do this and how then to take this further. Come to one session or both.
Who is the event for?
It’s suitable for anyone familiar with the two meditation practices we teach here – Mindfulness of Breathing and Metta Bhavana – and with at least six months regular meditation practice.
