Just like a Death Café
This is simply an evening to help explore and discuss death together as a Sangha, in small groups with no agenda, objectives or themes. You may have suffered with bereavements, or be living with a condition that sheds new light on the process of dying – everyone is invited to just be curious about the uncertainty that surrounds death and dying.

About the Facilitators
Debbie Jones has led Death Café events in Manchester for several years, giving us permission we often don’t experience in day to day life to talk about the one thing that is certainly going to affect all of us. Debbie is also an independent funeral celebrant committed to offering a space to talk and listen.
For Mahasraddha, preparing as best as we can for death whilst still alive became a topic of paramount importance after a near-fatal stroke in 2012. He brings this keen interest to his work as Director of the Abhayaratna Trust, a charity relieving financial hardship among members of the Triratna Buddhist Order, particularly in the face of sickness, old age and disability.
