Meditation Club Practice Morning

Monthly club for regular and experienced meditators to share their practice. A free session, led by Sarasuvanna and Kevin Statham today. No need to book, just turn up a few minutes before we start.
Who is the Meditation Practice Morning for?
It’s open to Order Members, Mitras and friends who have at least six months experience of regular meditation practice as taught in the Buddhist context of the Triratna Community. Please get in touch if you’re not sure – you can learn our two main meditation practices at our meditation and Buddhism foundation courses.
What does the Meditation Club do?
The club gives us the opportunity to meditate, hang out with other meditators and receive input on taking our practice further. We sometimes focus on particular issues like what to do when we get stuck; meditation on and off the cushion; or finding creative ways of practising. We often do some chanting and ritual too.
