Broadening and Deepening our Practice
These evenings are an opportunity to come together and practise, with a focus on deepening meditation. As a community, we explore different aspects and approaches to our meditation practice. The structure varies but you can expect periods of meditation with short talks and discussion - sometimes in small groups - and a short break around the mid-point. After a summer break, Meditation Night returns in September, meeting fortnightly
Who is the Evening for?
It’s suitable for anyone familiar with the two meditation practices we teach here – Mindfulness of Breathing and Metta Bhavana.• If you'd also like an unguided daily morning sit, the Buddhist Centre Online offers online open meditation, 7.30 - 8.15 am, Monday to Saturday.
