A weekly evening for men to gather and explore Buddhism and meditation together, led by Sthirajyoti. We gather together in the Lotus Hall at 7 pm to meditate, before we launch into our theme for the week – it might be studying a Buddhist text, exploring an aspect of meditation practice together, or something else! The evening works on a drop-in basis and there’s no need to prepare.
