Mindfulness and Kindness Lunchtime Meditation Class
Tue 22nd Sep : 1:00 pm - 1:45 pm
Our weekday lunchtime meditation sessions are guided and are suitable for anyone.
First-time meditators are particularly welcome but old hands very welcome too! Even in an online virtual group, meditating together can help us feel connected with others, whatever our different situations and there’s usually a bit of time at the end to ask questions or talk about how it went. These sessions usually go ahead on bank holidays.
Hybrid EventThere will be an option to attend this event in person (max 15 people) or online via Zoom, if you’d prefer. We hope you understand that we need to operate a booking system for the time being, to maintain physical distancing. So do book a ticket belowif you'd like to attend the class in person. Please note: bookings will close 2 hours before the start of the event. No need to book if you'd like to access the class via Zoom.
If you are attending the Centre for a class, please turn up 20 minutes before the beginning of the class and remember to wear a face mask. Please read our advice on visiting the Centre in person.
PricesThe price for the class is £5 standard rate / £3 concessionary. Payment still a problem? As a small unfunded charity, the Centre relies on the generosity of people who come here, but we don't want to turn anyone away from our courses. Please contact the Centre Team on firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll work something out with you.

Supporting the CentreWe want to offer as much as we can freely online for as long as can. These are very difficult times for us though, and being mostly closed means we have lost much of our income: we need your help! So if you value our Centre and community, please think about making a regular or one-off donation here.
