Mindfulness and Kindness Online Lunchtime Meditation Class
Tue 2nd Feb : 1:00 pm - 1:45 pm

Ordinary life can be hard, but things are particularly difficult right now for many of us. How can Buddhist meditation help? Meditation can help us develop mindfulness, kindness, clarity, positivity, and can enable us to gain a bigger perspective on life. Through regular practice and over time, we can learn our mind’s habits, and cultivate new, more positive ways of being in the world. Come and find out how!
Our weekday lunchtime meditation sessions are guided and are suitable for anyone. No need to book. They now run on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
First-time meditators are particularly welcome but old hands very welcome too! Go to our meditation page if you’d like to find out more before you visit. Even in an online group, meditating together can help us feel connected with others, whatever our situation, there’s usually a bit of time at the end to ask questions or talk about how it went.
