Can we really find happiness in more and more distraction and having ever more stuff? Buddhism tells us that this won’t work, but that there is a real happiness to be found if we look in the right place.
In this course you will learn the two most important Buddhist meditation practices, and try out some powerful Buddhist wisdom teachings that can change the way we see the world. Team-teaching, small-group discussion, meditation, and practical exercises will give us the tools to become more like the person we want to be.

How we can Change is a series of six sessions in our long-running Tools for Living your Life – a weekly introduction to Buddhism and meditation, currently online. It’s suitable for anyone and everyone! Whether you are completely new to Buddhism and meditation or want to revisit these core teachings in a friendly group, join us for a warm welcome on a Saturday morning. Come for the whole course or on any Saturday.
