A friendly morning of meditation, reflection, coffee and cake, for women in the Sangha aged seventy and over, led by Amritasakhi and friends here in-person in the Centre’s Lotus Hall.
Who is this Event for?
It's for anyone who has attended Sangha events here and already practises Buddhism on a fairly regular basis. Please get in touch if you’re not sure. No need to have been to the last session, no need to book.
Amritasakhi says:
Our Buddhist practice has its joys and its difficulties specific to the later stage of our lives. It’s inspiring to come together and share our approaches to spiritual practice as we age.
Once again, this will be a gentle, supportive event where we share our practice together. There will be an introduction to the morning; a led metta practice; the opportunity for reflection – individually, in pairs or in small groups – and a coffee and cake break half way through.
