Hands in Heart Shape

A one-off special to celebrate Black History Month!

Manchester Buddhist Centre will be extending a warm welcome to all in our rich and diverse people of colour communities for this online morning of meditation. We’ll create a space to learn more about meditation, discuss how it may help in these troubled times, and tips on how to set up a practice at home. No charge and no need to book.

New to meditation? Not sure if it’s for you? Or simply curious? Join us for a morning in a shared space of solidarity and togetherness.

• Watch a video invite to the session

So if you value our Centre and community, please make a regular or one-off donation here. The usual rates for these classes are
