Online Sangha Evening: Kick Off!
Fri 24th Jul : 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm
First of a new fortnightly Sangha evening led by Taravandana and Mahasraddha, where Centre regulars get together for dharma, conversations and friendship. No need to book, just turn up a few minutes before we start. Each Sangha evening will vary, but there will usually be short talks and discussion, often in small groups, with a short break around the mid-point and a closing ritual.
Practising Spiritual Friendship during Lockdown

Who is the event for?Suitable for anyone who has experience of our two meditation practices, Mindfulness of Breathing and Metta Bhavana, and is open to Buddhist ritual.
Join this event through the Zoom AppWhile the Centre is closed by the coronavirus pandemic, we're running many events online through Zoom. • New to Zoom? • Our online classes and other events are friendly and participative, with opportunities to ask questions and share your own experience. Do turn your camera and microphone on if you can! • If a session doesn't start on time, please give it a few minutes, there's probably a sudden problem at our end
