Online Sangha Evening: Working with Buddhist Values
Fri 26th Feb : 7:00 pm - 8:45 pm
The Collective Objective: Living together, growing together, becoming true individuals
Continuing our theme of the Collective Objective, where we hear from members of the Sangha, both local and from further afield, about their experiences of living in Buddhist communities and working in Buddhist businesses and the impact this has had on their lives.
This week we’ll explore how working together in organisations underpinned and deeply inspired by Buddhist values can help us on our spiritual path. We’ll hear from Vidyamala, one of the founding members of Breathworks, and Helen Sullivan, Breathworks CEO. They’ll talk about their experience in this area and how it enriches their Buddhist practice and we will be treated to a short meditation led by VidyamalaAt our fortnightly Sangha Evenings, centre regulars get together for talks, discussion, ritual and friendship. These sessions are currently organised by Taravandana and Karen Levin. Everyone welcome, no need to book.
