Sangha Sunday: Working Together

Looking at the Theme of Work
We spend so much time working, so how do we make sure it’s supporting our growth, as well as helping others? How can we engage in Buddhist teams, which can give us a sense of what’s possible when we truly work together?
Regular Celebration and Community
Sangha Sunday is a gathering for our community on the second Sunday of every month. It’s a chance to come together in larger numbers to meditate as a Sangha, take part in ritual and spend time connecting with one another. When a festival day falls in a month, it’s celebrated as part of Sangha Sunday.
More details and a programme will follow nearer the time. It's always safest to check the website before setting off in case the details have changed.
Who is the Event for?
It's suitable for anyone with experience of our two meditation practices, Mindfulness of Breathing and Metta Bhavana, and open to Buddhist ritual. Please get in touch if you're not sure. If Buddhist ritual is unfamiliar to you, it's fine to just watch.More Information
