No Tools for Living your Life on 15th August

Sat 15th Aug : 11:00 am - 1:00 pm

Sorry, no session this week – hope to see you on the 22nd.

Everyone is welcome at these friendly and practical weekly introductions to how Buddhism and meditation might help us in our day to day lives. In these uncertain times, we feel the Buddha’s teachings are all the more important. Come once or as often as you like, newcomers and regulars together. Suryaka and Shakyajata usually lead the sessions with a team of helpers.

Everyone welcome, any Saturday

Whether you are completely new to Buddhism and meditation or want to revisit the core teachings in a friendly group, join us for a warm welcome on a Saturday morning. We’ll be here online through into the autumn.

Supporting the Centre

We want to offer as much as we can freely online for as long as can. These are very difficult times for us though, and being closed means we have lost much of our income but not much of our costs: we need your help! So if you value our Centre and community, please make a regular or one-off donation here. The usual rates for these classes are £6 standard rate or £4 concessionary rate
