Tools for Living your Life Online: Meditation Morning

Friendly and practical online weekly introduction to Buddhism and meditation with a different topic each time, usually in themes lasting a few weeks each. Tools is staying completely online until the end of August, but may be in-person at the Centre in the autumn, possibly with an online option too.
This week we take a break from the current theme and Kevin Statham joins us to lead one-off session focussing on meditation
Meditation Practice Morning
This is a chance to try out, or go a bit deeper into, the meditation practices that support us in becoming more aware of ourselves, others and the world around us. Kevin will lead periods of guided meditation practice, with time and space for discussion and questions, some of it in small groups.
Everyone welcome, any Saturday
Whether you are completely new to Buddhism and meditation or want to revisit the core teachings in a friendly group, join us for a warm welcome on a Saturday morning. Come once or as often as you like, no need to be here at the beginning of a series and no need to book. Suryaka, Shakyajata and / or Mahabodhi usually lead the sessions with a team of friends from the Centre.

These are very difficult times for us though, and being mostly closed for so long means we have lost much of our income but not much of our costs: we need your help!
