Tools for Living your Life, Online: Meditation Practice Morning

Friendly and practical online weekly introduction to Buddhism and meditation with a different topic each time, usually in themes lasting a few weeks each. Tools is staying completely online until the end of August, but may be in-person at the Centre in the autumn, possibly with an online option too..
This week it’s a one-off session led by Kevin Statham and members of the Tools team.
Meditation Practice Morning
Try out, or go a bit deeper into, the meditation practices that support us in becoming more aware of ourselves, others and the world around us. Kevin will lead periods of guided meditation practice, with time and space for discussion and questions, some of it in small groups.
Everyone welcome, any SaturdayWhether you are completely new to Buddhism and meditation or want to revisit the core teachings in a friendly group, join us for a warm welcome on a Saturday morning. Come once or as often as you like, no need to be here at the beginning of a series and no need to book. Suryaka, Shakyajata and / or Mahabodhi usually lead the sessions with a team of friends from the Centre.
