Tools for Living your Life

Sat 12th Oct : 11:00 am - 1:00 pm

People meditating in the Buddhist Centre

A friendly and practical weekly introduction to Buddhism and meditation, here in-person at the Centre. We cover a different topic each time, usually in series lasting a few weeks each, and each session includes a period of led meditation. There's often a one-week break between each series, so do check before setting out.

We're currently looking at Medicine for a Troubled Mind: The Five Hindrances and their Antidotes
22nd June: Overcoming Lack of Motivation and Laziness
29th June: Calming down Worry and Agitation

Everyone Welcome, We're here most Saturdays

Whether you are completely new to Buddhism and meditation or want to revisit the core teachings in a friendly group, join us once or as often as you like. There's no need to be here for the beginning of a series - each session stands alone and we always start with a general introduction to the theme.
