A friendly and practical weekly introduction to Buddhism and meditation, here in-person at the Centre. We cover a different topic each time, usually in series lasting a few weeks each, and each session includes a period of led meditation. There's often a one-week break between each series, so do check before setting out. No class on 2nd, 23rd or 30th December, back on 6th January

Everyone Welcome, We're here most Saturdays
Whether you are completely new to Buddhism and meditation or want to revisit the core teachings in a friendly group, join us once or as often as you like. There's no need to be here for the beginning of a series - each session stands alone and we always start with a general introduction to the theme.
Tools for Living is currently in-person only, here at the Centre. We'll post any news on restoring an online option here.
