Triratna Night: Stepping Down and Going Out

Mon 16th Apr : 6:45 pm - 9:00 pm

Our weekly Sangha gathering – talks, meditation, friendship and devotional practice.

Stepping Down and Going Out

The tension between ‘self-regarding’ and ‘other regarding’ is a fruitful spur to spiritual growth. Focussing on one side only, often the ‘self-regarding’ leaves us out of balance. Going out to others and sharing what experience we have could be a real help. In this talk, Sanghaketu will be revealing his passion for outreach in Triratna groups

Who is Triratna Night for?

Order members, Mitras and Friends (people who come to the Centre regularly and have completed a Buddhism Level 2 / Going Deeper course) – are all welcome at our weekly Sangha evening. Free event. No need to book, just turn up a few minutes before we start.

Come early for a shared meal!

Arrive at 5.30 for a baked potato. Just bring your own vegan filling.

More about Triratna Night

Drawing on the inspirations of members of the Triratna Buddhist Order near and far, at Triratna Night we pay homage to the Buddha, explore the Dharma and open ourselves to the experience of Sangha. Interesting and challenging talks, debates, meditation workshops, interviews and more!

Triratna Night usually goes ahead on bank holidays, but check the calendar to be sure.
