Reflection and Contemplation – Quiet in the City

A non-residential retreat led by Acharashraddha, Arthavadin and Vishangka leading into our Parinirvana Day Festival. How can we keep the thread of reflection and contemplation alive in our spiritual lives in the midst of the busy modern world? No charge, but please let us know that you’re coming, by phone, by email or by booking a free ticket online if available below.

The Buddhist Centre will be open at its usual times through the retreat, but some short sessions are cancelled.

Collective Practice

We encourage you to attend the whole retreat and also to stay with one another if you can, to strengthen our sense of collective practice. Please let us know at info@manchesterbuddhistcentre.org.uk if you can host another retreatant or would like to stay with one, and also if you’ll be making your own arrangements to do this.
