Keeping Meditation Practice Alive: Beautiful Breath, Beautiful Metta, Beautiful . . .
Maintaining and deepening a regular meditation practice is a challenge for many practitioners. Loss of inspiration, boredom. concerns about getting it right, a sense that we don’t need meditation any more, often follow initial enthusiasm and even big mind experiences for many practitioners. So meditation practice falls away, or we can start chasing after more advanced, even “exotic”, practices before truly, deeply experiencing the joy, beauty and fruits of foundational meditation practices.
