Heart Morning: An Online Women’s Gathering
Sun 31st May : 10:30 am - 12:30 pm
Suryaka and Padmadarshini lead a morning get-together of meditation, bodywork, and spiritual friendship for local women practising in the Triratna Buddhist Community, or for those that have dipped their toe in and would like to find out more.
This gathering is for all women, whether you are fairly new to the Centre, a Mitra or Order member – how amazing if we all gathered!
What to Bring
Bring your selves, however you are. The aim is for us to be together, and feel the support of the women of the Manchester Buddhist Centre community. Bring a special thing too – anything that is special to you. It could be an object, book, piece of music, poem, photo, fabric, whatever, plus a blanket to lie on.
Join this event through the Zoom AppWhile the Centre is closed by the coronavirus pandemic, we're running many events online through Zoom. • New to Zoom? • Our online classes and other events are friendly and participative, with opportunities to ask questions and share your own experience. Do turn your camera and microphone on if you can! • If a session doesn't start on time, please give it a few minutes, there's probably a sudden problem at our end
• Take me to the online gathering
