Young Buddhists: A Liberating Vision of Reality

Buddhism has one core truth at the centre of its teachings: everything arises in dependence on conditions. In this session we’ll explore what that means for our own lives, where real change comes from, and why seeing things this way can set us free. The evening will consist of talks, some meditation, reflection exercises, and discussion groups.

About the Young Buddhists Group

We're a friendly informal group led by young people open to anyone aged 18 - 30. We meet every month on the first and third Monday. Everybody is welcome to come, there's no need to book. We gather together in the Buddhist Centre lounge about thirty minutes before the start of the session and hang out together afterwards. It'll be great to have you with us!
