Winter Holiday Online Retreats
Are you wondering what to do during the winter holidays?
This can be a difficult time of year for many people. This year may be even harder due to the isolation and restriction caused by the pandemic.
However, the slower pace and added spaciousness present an opportunity to turn towards more meaningful things. Many of us have been doing this throughout the year by attending events at the Manchester Buddhist Centre. During this period however, most events at the Centre are taking a break. Despite this, there are still many ways to turn towards meaning.
An excellent way of doing this is going on retreat. As well as a strong connection with others, a retreat can bring much-needed clarity, inspiration and rest.
Here is a selection of online retreats taking place during this period.
